Binance follows Coinbase, as part of the selection of altcoins for placement on its US exchange.

In this regard, the company assesses the risks of digital assets in order to choose bona fide projects with a real opportunity to be useful for our world, to ensure the transparency of our listing standards and to ensure that Binance US complies with legal requirements. This structure, among other things, explores five areas of each potential asset:
- Will trading a candidate asset affect Binance US’s ability to comply with applicable legal requirements, including but not limited to US AML / CFT laws and its laws and regulations;
- Does the core team of an asset candidate have a clear strategy to solve a real problem and increase the efficiency of life in the world;
- Does the candidate asset community have compromises and consensus to promote the project, and how well does the core asset team interact with community members;
- Are market supply and demand for candidate assets fairly fair and whether they can meet US Binance quantitative standards;
- Is the potential asset technologically safe for the transaction.
