Before we delve into some of the most extreme ways to synchronize Blockfolio, make sure it definitely doesn't work.
If you have many synchronized accounts, or if you are in an area where the cell phone signal is weak, it may take longer to complete the synchronization process.
2. Force close application
As with any application that freezes on your smartphone, manually closing the application and then reopening it can help resume work.
3. Delete your exchange connections
You can try to remove and re-add your exchange connections. This approach is especially appropriate if only one of the exchanges you have synced with Blockfolio is down.
To remove exchange connections in Blockfolio, follow the step-by-step instructions below:
- Open the Blockfolio app.
- Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner.
- Select Exchange Connections from the menu.
- Click on the name of the exchange that is not syncing.
- In the next window, select Delete connection.
