Thursday the world's largest smartphone maker Samsung will begin selling the new version of its flagship phablet Galaxy Note 10, which will be called "KlaytnPhone", сообщил The Wall Street Journal.
The only difference from the original version of the tablet phone is that it comes with a crypto wallet and blockchain apps installed. KlaytnPhone buyers will also receive Klay tokens, a blockchain platform launched by another South Korean giant. Kakao group ... What's more, the device will support online transactions Klaytn... The phablet will only be sold in South Korea.
In July, the Kakao Group held discussions with Samsung about a possible blockchain collaboration and about updating its Samsung Blockchain Wallet to make it compatible with Klaytn apps (blockchain apps).
Recently launched mainnet Kakao's Ground X subsidiary Klaytn, and Kakao said he was working on a cryptocurrency wallet that would be able to manage Klaytn tokens "in conjunction with multiple wallet providers."
Ground X has already gathered a number of major partners, including business giants LG and Samsung, as well as banking partners such as Union bank of philippines (also known as Unionbank ).
Samsung confirmed in August that its cryptocurrency wallet is supported on its latest flagship Galaxy Note 10 phablet.
